1. Email us a picture, or pictures, of your items to consign@itsastealfurniture.com. We’ll have a look at your items and select what we feel will sell. All items must be very clean and in excellent condition. Sometimes there will be items that we can’t sell. So we reserve the right to respectfully decline any consignment. We assume that all the items consigned to us are owned by you. Please make sure your items look their best. Clean, vacuumed, sparkling items sell faster.
2. We’ll set the price (together). For accepted items, with your input, we’ll agree on the price. We split the sell price 50/50. Here’s how our discount pricing model works:
- After 60 days (2 months) it will be reduced by 15%
- After 90 days (3 months) it will be reduced by an additional 10%
- If, after 120 days (4 months) your item isn’t sold, you have the option to take it back, or we can move it to the “Steal of a Deal Zone”, where it will be reduced further and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to charity.
